Dr. Tatiana Fleischman
Founder and Medical Director
Dr. Tatiana Fleischman is a medical doctor (MD) with special focus on Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine. She has received in-depth training from American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and The Institute for Functional Medicine.
Dr. Fleischman draws upon 25+ years of clinical experience to help her patients restore their health and general wellbeing through improving their hormonal balance combined with proper nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes and stress management.
Restoring hormonal balance is key to improving the symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, body fat accumulation and mood swings.Hormonal balance is also necessary for healthy aging.
To help her patients, both women and men, overcome the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, Dr. Fleischman has developed special expertise in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). BHRT is the current leading edge of hormone replacement treatment thanks to its safety and efficacy, and the most widely used method of biodentical hormone delivery is pellet therapy. To provide the best service to her patients, Dr. Fleischman has received extensive bioidentical hormone replacement therapy training from top experts in the field.
When it comes to caring for patients, Dr. Fleischman’s practice philosophy is to always put patients first. She takes her time to listen and understand everything that is going on in patient’s life that is even remotely affecting his or her well-being.

Kathleen is a dedicated board-certified Physician Assistant with over five years of experience. She has carved out a niche in hormone replacement therapy, providing compassionate care to all her patients.

Patient Care Coordinator
Tanya is a compassionate care team leader committed to supporting patients on their health and wellness journey. She provides a unique skill set through all her experiences that allow her to naturally connect to our patients and put them at ease.
She has been part of the team since 2021 and is always available to lend a helping hand. If you have called the office, you have probably had the chance to speak with her!
When not working, she is a dedicated mom of 5 beautiful daughters who play competitively in multiple sports.

Kathy is a dedicated and passionate health coach committed to supporting individuals so they can achieve their wellness goals and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
She is a Nationally Board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) as well as a graduate of the Functional Medicine Health Coaching Academy. Kathy blends evidence-based strategies with a personalized approach to guide clients on their journey toward optimal well-being.
When not coaching, Kathy enjoys working out, reading and crafts.

Inna has earned her credentials from the Institute of Allied Medical Professions in New York City and built a strong foundation in healthcare as a Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technician. Inna’s expertise and commitment to excellence have led her to specialize as a Certified GAINSWave Technician, helping patients improve their quality of life through innovative and non-invasive therapies.
When not working, Inna enjoys hiking and spending time with her two grandkids.
